Video Subtitle Editor is an easy-to-use subtitle editor. It can directly add and edit subtitles for movies, so that you can see the subtitles when you play the edited movies on any player without plug-ins.
With Video Subtitle Editor you can edit subtitles for movies efficiently and easily as you were a master of it.

Click “Open Video” button to select and open the movie which you want add captions on.
Click play button at the lower-left corner to play the movie.

Click pause button at the lower-left corner (or press F8) when a caption is needed, then enter the caption in the content box, when caption is entered, click pause button again (or press F8) to continue the movie. When the movie comes to the part where caption ends, press F8 again. You can repeat the same procedure to add all captions.
After adding all captions, click button at the lower-right corner to generate a movie with captions
