• Click “Open Video” button to select and open the movie which you want add captions on.
• Click play button at the lower-left corner to play the movie.
• 
• Click pause button at the lower-left corner (or press F8) when a caption is needed, then enter the caption in the content box, when caption is entered, click pause button again (or press F8) to continue the movie. When the movie comes to the part where caption ends, press F8 again. You can repeat the same procedure to add all captions.
