What is WMV?
WMV stands for Windows Media Video -- developed and controlled by Microsoft. WMV is a generic name of Microsoft's video encoding solutions and doesn't necessarily define the technology what it uses -- since version 7 (WMV7) Microsoft has used its own flavour of MPEG-4 video encoding technology. DivX ;-) video format is originally based on hacked WMV codec.
Windows Media Format 11 adds support for HD video up to 1080P. WMF 11 runs only on Windows XP and Vista.

1. Start
Put the DVD you want to convert into your DVD-ROM drive and start DVD To iPod Converter. The disc should eventually be recognized and you should get a screen like the one below. Notice DVD Decrypter automatically picks the longest program which is usually the movie. If you don't have enough free space on your C: drive, you can change the destination by clicking the little yellow folder icon and choosing a new destination.)

Click "Add IFO" button add add you want ro convert into your pc or dvd-rom drive.
Click "Chapter" button convert your dvd file by chapter.
Click "Title" button convert your dvd file by title.
Click "Convert" button to start the converting.
Click "Stop" button to stop the converting.
3.Split DVD - Set begin time and set end time.
You can also set the beginning and end time to Convert DVD to video and audio files. first click on the “Play” button and drag the progress bar to the start point of the outstanding part, then click button B and drag the progress bar to the end of the part, click button E and stop playing. Lastly click the “Convert” button.

4.Select output path.
To ‘Output Path ’, enter the full path name or choose the path where you want to save your video files by clicking ‘Output Path.’
